Engagement Description
The Delivery Lead (PM) will support end-to-end delivery execution, partnering with product, business, and technology teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of initiatives.
Education & Experience Needed
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field
5 years of IT Delivery lead experience
- End-to-End Delivery management within large enterprise environments
- Manage scope, schedule, and deliverables across multiple concurrent workstreams
- Track and report project milestones and provide status reports to project sponsors
- Develop and distribute project schedules
2 years Leadership experience
- Determine staffing requirements and formation of project teams
- Direct and monitor work efforts
2 years Project Management
- Leverage project management methodologies and various software development lifecycle frameworks
- Assembling project plans
- Monitor and manage project RAID logs
Strong facilitation and communication skills,
- Executive-level status reporting and escalation management
- Ability to communicate technical and business topics in a clear and relevant way
Responsibilities:

- Implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes
